The price list

Five fees. Nothing else.

No monthly fee, so a month you do not trade costs you nothing. You pay only when you complete a sale or move money, and this is the whole list, before VAT.

  • ₦100

    per in-store sale

    Digital service fee

Charged once a sale is completed, and flat, so the bigger the sale the smaller the share: 0.2% on a ₦50,000 sale. Or let your customer cover it.

  • 1.2%

    capped at ₦2,000

    Card, reader or terminal

On top of the digital service fee, only for the sales a customer pays by card on a reader or terminal. Never more than ₦2,000 on any one sale.

  • 2% + ₦100

    per online order

    Online store and links

For storefront checkout and payment links. The ₦100 is the same digital service fee, so your customer can cover it and leave you with just the 2%.

  • ₦25

per transfer in, no sale attached

    Money in

A flat fee when money is transferred straight into your account without being tied to a sale. A sale paid by bank transfer pays nothing extra: only the ₦100 digital service fee.

  • ₦15 to ₦50

    per transfer out, by amount

    Money out

Every transfer you send from your business account, paid by you. The fee depends on the size of the transfer, from the table below.

Transfers out, by amount

Paid by you, before VAT. One fee for each transfer you send from your business account.

About ₦1.68 for every ₦100 we process for you

1.68% of the ₦3,100,000, including VAT

Let your customers cover the service fee and this falls to ₦17,791, ₦34,400 less.

An estimate for planning. “Processed” is every completed sale, online or link order and transfer, counted once, at the amounts you set, and it counts a sale whichever way the customer pays. The card transaction fee applies only to the sales you say were paid by card, on top of the digital service fee every in-store sale pays. A transfer you send out is priced by its size, so every one is priced at the band your average transfer falls in; a month of mixed sizes will land a little either side. Money tied to a sale pays no transfer fee. Fees are shown before VAT, then VAT at 7.5% is added.

In percentages

What the fees mean at your prices.

A flat fee is a bigger share of a small sale. We show it plainly so you can price with your eyes open.

In-store saleOnline store or link
  • ₦1,000 sale10%12%
  • ₦2,500 sale4%6%
  • ₦5,000 sale2%4%
  • ₦10,000 sale1%3%
  • ₦20,000 sale0.5%2.5%
  • ₦50,000 sale0.2%2.2%
  • ₦100,000 sale0.1%2.1%

Shown before VAT. The bigger the sale, the smaller the share: 0.1% on a ₦100,000 sale. On a very small sale a flat fee is a bigger share, which is a good reason to let your customer cover the service fee.

FAQ

About pricing.

Straight answers about Payble, your money and how it works.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. Pay as you go has no monthly fee. You pay only the fees listed on this page, as you trade.

What is the digital service fee?

A fee of ₦100 on every completed in-store sale. You can absorb it yourself or pass it on to your customer.

What does a card payment on a reader or terminal cost?

How is the online store priced?

Storefront checkout and payment links cost 2% of the order plus ₦100. The ₦100 is the same digital service fee, so it can be passed on to your customer too. For example, a ₦10,000 order costs ₦300 before VAT.

Do I pay when a customer pays by bank transfer?

What does a transfer in cost?
