Never ask for secrets
An agent never asks a merchant for a password, PIN or one-time code.
Become an agent
Become a Payble field sales agent. Find local businesses, show them how the app helps them run the whole business, and get them set up. Apply online, train online, and start once you are certified.
The role
You are the face of Payble in your community. You find local businesses still running on paper, memory and cash, show them how Payble helps them keep accurate records and run the whole business from one app, get them properly set up, and stay on hand as their go-to person.
The detail
Here is exactly what an agent does, what we look for and what you get, so you can decide before you apply.
Commission. As an independent agent you earn commission on the activity you bring to Payble, under Payble's written commission schedule, which is given to you as part of your agent agreement. You are not an employee, and no level of earnings is guaranteed.
How it works
Send your name, contact details, state and CV. A recruiter reviews every application.
If we are moving forward, you get an email to book a time with a Payble coach.
Work through short online modules in your own agent portal. The certification test opens as soon as you finish.
Sign your agent agreement online, then share your details, ID and guarantor information.
A coach reviews your details and issues your Agent ID, badge and swag pack. Then you start onboarding merchants.
Ground rules
These rules apply to every agent and are covered in training.
An agent never asks a merchant for a password, PIN or one-time code.
You do not hold or move money on Payble's behalf.
Complete Payble's KYC checks on every merchant, and tell them the truth about fees and services.
Show your Agent ID whenever a merchant asks, and report anything suspicious straight away.
For merchants
Every certified agent has an official Agent ID and badge. Check it online in seconds: it shows the agent's name, photo, state and whether they are currently active.
FAQ

It helps, but it is not the whole story. Training covers the products, fees, KYC rules and how to talk to merchants, and honesty and reliability matter a great deal in this role.
No. The application, training, certification and onboarding do not include any payment step. If anyone asks you for money in Payble's name, do not pay, and email support@mypayble.com instead.
Your full name, email address, phone number, state and a CV as a PDF under 5 MB. Later you share a valid government-issued ID, a passport photograph, and details for a guarantor and next of kin.
Yes. Applications are open to people in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory. You tell us where you plan to work, and Payble uses that to plan its coverage.
Every certified agent has an official Agent ID and badge. Enter the ID, or scan the QR code on the badge, on the agent verification page. It shows the agent's name, photo, state and status.
Use agent sign-in. That is where your training, test, agreement, details and agent updates live.
Apply in a few minutes with your CV. Already applied, or already an agent? Sign in to your portal for training, your test, your agreement and updates.
