Payble

Wholesale and distribution

Move stock. Keep the books straight.

Wholesalers sit in the middle: credit from suppliers on one side, credit to retailers on the other. Payble tracks both directions, invoices with VAT and gives you statements you can send to anyone.

Sound familiar?

The everyday headaches of wholesale and distribution.

  • You are owed and you owe

Retailers buy on credit from you, and you buy on credit from your suppliers. It is hard to see the net position.

  • Invoices go unpaid quietly

Chasing late payers is time you would rather spend selling.

  • Big payouts need care

Paying suppliers is high-value and needs to be checked and recorded.

Fits how you trade

However you run it, it fits.

  • Wholesalers and depots

Bulk stock to retailers, on credit terms.

    • Credit limits per retailer
    • Invoices with VAT
    • Statements for each account
  • Distributors with a route

    Deliveries, collections and drivers.

    • Payment links for deliveries
    • Payment records per customer
    • Payouts with receipts
  • Importers and traders

Large supplier payments and stock arriving in lots.

    • Supplier balances and statements
    • Transfers with references
    • Exports for your accountant
