FAQ

Questions, answered.

Straight answers about Payble, your money and how it works.

Is my money safe with Payble?

Payble is powered by TagPay, a mobile money service licensed by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide mobile money services. Deposits held with TagPay are insured by the Nigeria Deposit Insurance Corporation (NDIC), up to ₦250,000 per depositor. Accounts are identity-verified (KYC), and sensitive personal data is encrypted before it is stored.

How do I open a Payble account?

Tell us about your business on our Get started page. A member of our team contacts you personally, sets you up and helps you verify your KYC (identity) details. You can then start taking payments and managing your business.

What can a business do with Payble?

A business can accept payments by card reader, bank transfer and payment link, run a mobile point of sale, keep an online storefront linked to its inventory, send digital receipts and invoices, manage stock, staff and customers, and see its sales and revenue reports.
